Phil Maloof's $38 million Palms Casino Resort Penthouse has been on the market without a potential buyer for five months, and its listing agents have added an additional perk: a 2015 Lamborghini Huracán, Vegasinc.com reports.

Whoever buys the 27,000-square-foot Las Vegas space will get a two-year, prepaid lease for the $237,000 car, according to the report.

Maloof comes from the tycoon family that built the Palms and he is the former owner of the NBA's Sacrmento Kings. Last year, he sold the team for a reported $347 million.

Of course, the car isn't the only sweet feature of this 59th floor, rooftop penthouse. It also has an outdoor movie theater, a 20-person hot tub, a DJ booth and an original Picasso and a Dali painting. And, of course, you get a space to park your new wheels.

According to the listing, the homeowner's association dues will run $4,481 per month.
